- Cold smoked salmon vacuum packed (100gm, 250gm,& 500gm) interleaved sliced. Whole fillets skin-on sliced or un-sliced.
- Hot smoked salmon vacuum packed 250g piece or whole fillet.
- Frozen salmon. Per 20kg poly, H&G or G&G, packed in weight related size range.
- Air freight (fresh product), to Brisbane or Sydney, within 24 hours of harvest.
